1. About Us

wholesaleblanktshirts.com.au supplies blank t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, workwear, school uniforms, caps and other apparel across Australia through our trusted partner and supplier network.

Orders may be fulfilled by different suppliers or partners depending on the products ordered, stock availability and delivery requirements.

2. Product Information

We aim to display product information, colours, sizing, prices and specifications as accurately as possible. However, some variations may occur.

• Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting and image quality.
• Sizing and measurements are supplied as a guide only and may vary between brands, styles and garment batches.
• Product images are for reference and may show styling, fit or colour differently from the actual product.
• Product specifications, availability and offers may change without notice and are subject to stock availability.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment approval and stock availability.

We may contact you if a product is unavailable, delayed, discontinued or substituted by a supplier.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

• Offer a suitable alternative for your consideration.
• Place the affected item or order on hold, where appropriate.
• Refund the unavailable item.
• Cancel the affected order and issue a refund where necessary.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock error, payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect product information or another reasonable issue.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible, subject to applicable law.

4. Prices, GST & Payment

• All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices are plus GST unless otherwise stated.
• Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or other approved payment options.
• Orders are processed after payment has been received or approved.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, freight or specification errors where they occur.

Any applicable GST and other charges will be handled in accordance with the pricing information displayed during checkout and applicable Australian law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated according to the partner or supplier supplying the goods and the shipping rules shown on the website. Please refer to our Shipping Costs page for current shipping information.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on stock, supplier dispatch times, courier networks, weather, public holidays, peak periods and delivery location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, weather events, strikes, floods or supplier delays.
• If nobody is available to receive a delivery, the courier may leave a card, attempt redelivery, return the parcel to a depot or follow its standard delivery process.
• If you authorise delivery without a signature, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage after the parcel has been left at the delivery address, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law in relation to delivery or goods that are lost, damaged or not supplied as agreed.

6. Printing, Embroidery & Custom Orders

Printing and embroidery timeframes are additional to normal garment delivery times. Production times may vary depending on artwork quality, order size, garment availability and the time taken to approve artwork proofs.

You are responsible for checking artwork proofs carefully before approval, including spelling, colours, placement, size and design details.

Once a custom, printed, embroidered or decorated order has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom products generally cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size selection or errors in customer-supplied artwork, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are responsible for ensuring that artwork and other materials you supply are authorised for use and do not infringe another party's intellectual property rights.

7. Bulk Pricing & Quantity Discounts

Many products include price breaks based on order quantity. Where supported by the product, colours and sizes can generally be mixed within the same product style to reach a higher quantity price break.

Different styles cannot be combined to reach a higher price break. Each style is priced separately unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Quantity discounts are subject to the pricing rules displayed on the relevant product page or otherwise agreed with us.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Goods

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

• Returned items must generally be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, unless the goods are faulty or otherwise covered by your consumer rights.
• A restocking fee may apply to eligible change-of-mind returns or exchanges, where permitted by law and disclosed in our returns policy.
• Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method where possible.
• If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, relevant photos and a description of the issue.
